Issue of migration certificate
A migration certificate is a document that is issued an individual who has set the BEC examinations (that is PSLE,JCE,BGCSE) and wishes to persue their education outside the country clarifies the qualification attained, grading criterion and the performance of the candidate.
Requirement for issuance of a Migration Certificate
The candidate, or their parent or guardian writes a letter of request for a Migration Certificate. The letter should include the following:
- The full name of the candidate
- The examination level sat
- The name of the school attended
- The year of completion
Currently a certifying statement is obtained at no charge
